Theodore "Teddy"

Theodore “Teddy” came to us in August 2024 as a newborn kitten. He delivered during his mother Luna’s arrival with his 3 siblings.

 

Since his arrival Teddy has received vaccines and rabies; been screened and vaccinated for feline leukemia; microchipped; neutered; and socialized with cats, dogs and children.

 

Teddy can be stubborn and has a strong sense of self and independent streak.  He’s not overly into the whole people touching thing but does enjoy occupying the same space as his people.  Teddy thrives with other cats and is very affectionate when they’ve been absent.  Teddy is extremely playful and will interact with all the toys. Agile like his little sister he is often found on top of the room doors looking down at everyone’s heads.  His big soulful eyes are sure to melt your heart every time.

 

Teddy would do best in a home with another cat who will graciously accept his affection.  He immediately takes to new feline friends-especially orange ones that remind him of his brother. He would do best in a home with older children who can understand that he doesn’t like to be handled as being forced into being handled excessively will cause him stress. Like his mother Teddy loves his wet food and prefers it over dry food and would do best in a home who can support a wet food diet.
